no kidding
The city was told several times (and shown photos) that the old houses which used to be there were surrounded by ditches and had pumps going 24/7 to keep the water out. There were also photos showing the entire area under water. The “wetland reports” said exactly what they were paid to say. Like with the blueberry farm, accurate information is avoided if it does not support the desired outcome.

that the city should know is illegal. they think it is legal? what law is it that would permit that? I dont see in the comprehensive plan an element that calls for creating lakes and swimming holes out of critical areas resources. perhaps someone could direct me to the section or law I am interested in because I cant find it.
