Tai Chi and restorative yoga is my go to for pre-kayak stretches and cool downs. I’ve found that Tai Chi is also a great way to limber up before a hike.
Thanks Scott and Mary Clymer!
I’m a night owl but I really want to give this a try so I guess its time to start getting up before noon. LOL
You’ll enjoy it if you try it. For residents over fifty years old, Scott also teaches low-cost classes through Renton’s Senior Center (currently meeting at the Community Center.) There are classes for both beginners and more advanced students. Beginners can join the beginner’s class at any time.
That’s awesome. Tai chi practitioners are at the park across from the Bellevue Mall. Old-school HK stuff – they love to have people move along with them.
