In April Dave Reichert started a blog to share his daily views on congress directly with his constituents. He has updated it every few days. It can be reached by clicking here and selecting the “blog” button (with the sheriff’s star) on the right hand side of the page.
I worked in Congressman Reicherts office last summer when he was here. I he had a few storied about how things actually worked in the other Washington that I didn’t know and didn’t like. Politics are very cut throat but he was very genuine. Although he didn’t vote for the new GI Bill (I’m a Iraq vet and using benifits), I like him and think he has our interests at heart. I’d like to hear what others have to say.

GI Bill
The GI Bill was filled with 90% pork. The fact that Dave is willing take political heat for not voting for it is a good thing!
