Whee!

These power-line thieves are re-volting. I’m sure hope they conduct themselves better in prison. No matter watt, I’m positive that they’ll continue their negative behavior, though it sounds like currently one of them is out of commission.

  ha ha. I’m sure they will show resistance to rehabilitation. Perhaps they can plug into some productive programs in prison. They will need some high power help.
