Hi, I’m Randy Corman. Welcome to my blog! I served on Renton City Council for 28 years, 1994-2021, with six years as Renton Council President. I’m also a mechanical engineer and manager, and worked for the Boeing Company for 33 years, from 1984- 2017. My wife and I have five kids and six grandkids, and we all live in Renton. I’ve kept this blog for 19 years, and get thousands of readers each month. Please share your feedback, ideas, and opinions in the comments.
Better to be delayed than to be swallowed by a sinkhole!
I don’t know where to post this but what happened to your blog about the law suite letter? Why was it taken off?
is that lawsuit? Does anyone spellcheck anymore???????

Learn to use proper capitalization and proper punctuation. Usually the first letter of a sentence is capitalized.
“Spellcheck” also isn’t a verb, at least not in the OED.
A series of question-marks isn’t a proper way to terminate a interrogative sentence.
I hope your students are smart enough to use you as a counter example.
You ask a good question about the coverage of the lawsuit…I should have explained that when I took all the blogs down.
I’m trying to create a climate that will allow Dan to let go of his fraudulent lawsuit, as it is starting to cost the city real money. After Dan resigned, I felt charitable and ready to move on, so I took off my detailed observations about him and his lawsuit. If he drops the suit, that will likely be the end of my coverage.
But I am not going to hide anything. If Dan insists on going forward with the deposition phase, I will share all the details, and I’ll make sure all new documents are posted for you to follow along.
My attorney has not even tried to talk me out of sharing the details with you…I think he knows I am passionate about keeping the public informed, and he hasn’t even asked me to do anything differently 🙂
But again, if Dan is ready to move on, then so am I. We’ll see.
Better man than I.
It’s hard not to go for the jugular when you’ve been wronged – good luck!
