During the early morning a taxi cab hit a fire hydrant on Rainier between SW 7th.and Grady Way. Due to the mass amount of water on the road the valves were hard to locate so a larger than normal area had to be shut down. As of this time 7:45 am the water section crew are on site and are working getting the main repaired. It appears that the car has broken the foot valve off at the water main. The repair could take 1 to 5 hours to fix. A determination will be made after we have exposed the main line and see what damage has been done. Traffic is being rerouted at this time If you have any questions please give me a call at x7400. Thanks Ray

  • Looks like Dan posted in comment #5. Randy is doing the right thing in my opinion. This is how an innocent person defends himself. If you hide and don’t answer the allegations, you are not defending your honor. Can’t fault a person for that. His reputation speaks for itself.
