  • British jobs!

Isn’t our euro friends getting our jobs a good thing?

The British and French deserve these jobs because they’re more worthy than us: They have socialized medicine, wornderful welfare, great public transport, and have a lower carbon footprint per person! It’s a win for the environment too!

Plus.. if you never been to Bristol.. You’ll understand that they need these jobs way more than we do.

  • Since the Air Force apparently chose the A330-based plane over the 767 as a result of its greater capabilities and efficiency (which were *not* specified in their RFP, apparently) how about they give Boeing a second chance to offer a bigger aircraft, too? Something like variation of the 777-200F, which could blow the A330 out of the water on capacity and fuel efficiency. Or, maybe a variant of the 787? Hey, Boeing could then open a second 787 line in Everett!
