Hi, I’m Randy Corman. Welcome to my blog! I served on Renton City Council for 28 years, 1994-2021, with six years as Renton Council President. I’m also a mechanical engineer and manager, and worked for the Boeing Company for 33 years, from 1984- 2017. My wife and I have five kids and six grandkids, and we all live in Renton. I’ve kept this blog for 19 years, and get thousands of readers each month. Please share your feedback, ideas, and opinions in the comments.
Sounds like a really nice person… the world has been diminished.

In Switzerland, they train you that the first thing you do in an accident is to put these down 75 feet before the accident so that oncoming traffic can see you:
In order to be properly licensed, you have to be able to retrieve the one in your car in under fifteen seconds – you can’t just stick your luggage over them. Most cars in Europe have a storage place for them right under the trunk lid for them.
I’ve always liked road flares better – a lot of people are afraid to drive over them and that’s a good ting.
Be careful out there, especially in winter when visibility is low and roads are slippery and take much longer to slow down on.
