Google has decided that its users of their well-liked Google Maps service will begin becoming charged a fee for utilizing their service. Websites that are going embedding a Google Map of their location will be charged a fee for usage.This new Google Maps fee is going to hit mostly the bigger companies, particularly the Travel industry. I suspect that certain websites that are the heaviest users would be websites like TripAdvisor and Expedia.^*

Actually, Sunset View Apartments has been there for decades, and the hillside RIGHT UNDERNEATH these apartments has been recently mined within the past FIVE YEARS. They did NOT do mining on this hillside before. The cars are covered in dust daily (possibly with asbestos because they are mining concrete among other things) and maybe residents should look into filing air quality complaints because not only have they continued to violate night noise regulations, they also do not spray it down on a regular basis and I would imagine if someone invested in an air quality test it would bring devastating results.

If the city is serious about revitalizing downtown a Trader Joe’s would be great in the old Salvation Army store on 3rd St. Right in the middle of downtown with it’s own parking.

Understand that Trader Joe’s is considering locating a store in Renton’s “Landing”. That is great news. Currently we have to
go to Burien or Overlake in Bellevue to shop at a Trader Joe’s.
